The essence of orange in our enriched play-based environment is inspired by an abundance of beautiful longevity, and creativity. An orange is bright, tough and a nutritious citrus treat. The attraction to the color orange brings confidence, joy, success and promotes energizing, uplifting feelings of excitement. We provide an environment which creates nurturing and positive learning.
Team Toddler has the goal for every person that is part of our team to leave with the tools to feel joyful, energized, uplifted, well rounded, confident, and successful not just today, but going forward.
Our days are filled with a balance of child-led and teacher driven activities. There are opportunities and space for creative expression and imaginative play, as well as learning the basics in creative, colorful, musical, open ended lessons. You will see combinations of product art and process art creations from your child starting as young as our infant room! We are NOT afraid to get messy here. We get loud, we sing, we dance, we celebrate diversity, and joy!
Anyone who would like to become a part of Team Toddler staff is encouraged to apply. Owned and ran by Melanie, a mother herself and longtime childcare provider wants only the best fit teachers for the Team Toddler kiddos. Our staff are seen for the values and strengths of each individual brings, having them teach and lead where they shine bright and feel confident. All ages of the early childhood stage are extremely different and each of our classrooms tackle such huge milestones- it’s important to find the teachers who understand these life skills and have a passion and patience for their age group.
Our outdoor oasis is floored with natural grass, real plants, trees, and all of the elements Colorado has to offer. We may get muddy, we may paint snow. Dance in the rain? YOU BET! We may create mud pies and concerts on our music wall. Space to frolic, explore and enjoy the fresh air- we pride ourselves on providing at least an hour everyday outside. If temperatures are below 20 degrees or over 90 degrees we may take a quick walk instead, ultimately we want to embrace natures weather.

The Navigating Navels are in the side building " club house" for 2-3 yr olds
Valiant Valencias have their own building now open for all preschool aged 3 and up kiddos just 4 doors down for our infant and toddler house!

Please do not call us a “daycare”. We are a childcare facility and a school. We value ourselves and our mission to break the stereotype that early childhood teachers are glorified babysitters. If you choose to send your child here, you are choosing to join a family, our team. You are supporting teachers's purposes and career choices as a caregiver.

Team Toddler offers a smaller than average child to teacher ratio to maintain a cozy, welcoming home like environment for your child to explore, learn and most importantly… play! We accept littles 6 weeks-6 years of age. We provide an epic food program, enrichment activities such as yoga, sign language, foreign languages, mindfulness strategies & music and movement.
*We do not offer drop in care and we do not offer half-day care.
OUR ROOTS
Accepting littles 6weeks-5/6years old, we provide quality teacher to children ratios. We provide an am snack, lunch and afternoon snack. Our enrichment activities include movement such as yoga, sign language, exploring foreign languages, practicing mindfulness and music classes!
Team Toddler began as an in home childcare in 2018. Ran and directed by passionate teacher Melanie, she followed her purpose and began creating the childcare setting of her dreams. After helping hundreds of families and developing close bonds with our clients, it felt time to expand the Team Toddler legacy. Now the owner of both Team Toddler Infant and Toddler House and Team Toddler Preschool, the vision of offer quality childcare is the number one priority.
